Blue Topaz Heart Necklace in Sterling Silver with Diamond Accent
This necklace features two heart-shape blue topaz amethyst. Blue Topaz is a natural stone that has been heat treated and irradiated to permanently improve color. One Stone is 7MM and the 5MM. There is one diamond accent. HI color, I2-I3 Clarity. Heart moves freely on an 18 inch sterling silver box style chain with lobster clasp. We recommend cleaning with mild soapy water and buffing gently with a soft cloth. Do not use silver cleaners as they can damage the finish.
