If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be unworn and undamaged with the tags attached and in the original box.
Please email us at CustomerSupport@diamondclassicjewelry.com and ask for a return authorization number.
We will send you the authorization with the address to return the item. We suggest that you use US Mail Priority Flat Rate as they provide a box free of charge, tracking numbers and some insurance (the Post Office will be able to tell you how much insurance is included). Send the item in the original box with a copy of your receipt.
Once we receive the item and have inspected it, we will refund your purchase on the same credit card or Pay Pal account that you used for purchase. There may be a small restocking fee if the item is missing parts or original packing. We will notify you by email when we have received the item and have refunded you.
